Unlike a flat cutting board, this Blackstone Cutting Board serves a variety of functions. The four wooden feet allow you to place the cutting board on your Blackstone griddle top momentarily, protecting the cutting board from too much direct heat, and protecting your knife from the metal of the griddle top. When you’re not using the cutting board to cut meat and veggies, you can use it to let your steak and other meats rest while other food cooks on your griddle.
